Jeffrey Towle

Jeffrey Towle currently serves as President of Feeney Brothers Utility Services since January 2025, overseeing the overall performance with a focus on safety, quality, profit and loss, and client relationships. Prior to this role, Jeffrey was Chief Operating Officer at R.H. White Construction from May 2019 to January 2025, responsible for the performance of all business units and an adviser to the Executive Committee. Experience also includes consulting for Burns & McDonnell/Duke Energy, Vice President of Northeast Operations at Strike, LLC, and roles at Cianbro Corporation and Northeast Utilities, where Jeffrey managed large-scale infrastructure projects. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
