Michael Bayer

Michael Bayer is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the North Gas Division. With more than 15 years of business strategy experience, he previously served as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for Artera and spent 13 years in roles of increasing responsibility at EY. Michael has both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA in accounting and finance from Indiana University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New Jersey and New York.
