Bill Burton

Bill Burton is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the transportation sector. Currently serving as a Principal at Fehr & Peers since March 2015, Bill previously held various leadership roles at AECOM from June 1993 to March 2015, including District Business Line Manager for California Transportation, where oversight was provided for operations involving over 500 employees and $150MM in annual revenue. Notable projects managed include the San Francisco Bay Crossings Study and the installation of a movable median barrier on the Golden Gate Bridge. Bill holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution, along with additional management education from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
