Matt Goyne

Matt Goyne, PE, is a Principal at Fehr & Peers since September 2008, where Matt leads projects for public and private sector clients in the San Francisco Bay Area while overseeing a team of transportation engineers and planners. Previously, Matt served as an Associate for seven years, focusing on transportation engineering and planning, and held the position of operations manager for the San Francisco office from 2015 to 2019. Early career experience includes an internship at Penfield & Smith, where Matt worked on AutoCAD design and traffic planning, and at Webcor Builders, where responsibilities included managing worksite activities and documentation. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned in 2008, and is a graduate of Berkeley High School.
