Aloysius Lim is an experienced professional in the food service and supply chain sectors, currently serving as the General Manager at Fei Siong Fastfood and Head of Strategic Operations Group, Supply Chain & Product Development since September 2022. With a strong background in business and product development, Aloysius has held various roles at Fei Siong Group, TiffinLabs, and Crossings Social Ventures, among others. Aloysius possesses a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Business with Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Northumbria University and a Diploma in Culinary Skills from SHATEC Institutes, complementing extensive culinary and operational expertise gained over a decade in multiple executive chef positions.
