Carmen Stephens

Carmen Stephens has an extensive work history in various administrative and project management roles. Carmen has worked at companies such as FEI Systems, Public Consulting, Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner, Washington State Department of Revenue, Premier Homes NW, and McLane/Black Lake Fire Department. Carmen holds an Associate's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from South Puget Sound Community College.
