Nadira C, MBA, is a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently employed at FEI Systems since May 2022, Nadira focuses on an Agile software development project for Medicaid, utilizing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for requirement analysis and documentation. Prior experience includes roles at AMITA Health from January 2020 to March 2022 and Global Systems LLC from October 2016 to December 2019, where involvement in various healthcare projects entailed working with HIPAA standards, EDI transactions, and both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies. Nadira's skill set encompasses the creation of essential BA artifacts, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, UML diagrams, gap analysis, and risk analysis.
