Dean Pasalis

Dean Pasalis is a Partner at Feinberg Hanson LLP, where Dean provides legal counsel to entrepreneurs, high growth companies, and investors in various business and contract matters. Prior to this, Dean owned their own legal practice at Smith + Pasalis, LLP, and specialized in securities industry litigation as an Associate at Ulmer & Berne LLP. Dean holds a JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a BA in English Literature from Washington University in St. Louis.
