James Jones

James Jones has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years. James began their career in 2012 as a Senior Records Manager/System Administrator for the Department of the Navy. In 2015, they moved to COACT, Inc. as an ERMS System Administrator. In 2017, they took on the role of Sharepoint Developer at QualX Corporation. In 2021, they joined Acuity Systems, LLC as a Lead Sales Engineer/Federal Solutions Architect. Currently, they are employed as a Technical Implementation Manager & Sales Engineer at Feith Systems.

James Jones attended the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2015 to 2019, where they studied Computer Science. In February 2022, they obtained an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Pearson VUE.
