Paul Henry, PMP

Paul Henry, PMP has over 18 years of experience in project management and analysis. Paul began their career in 2004 as a HUMINT Collector for the Army National Guard, where they managed and maintained budgets, incentive funds, and sensitive equipment lists. In 2010, Paul began working for Strategic Solutions Unlimited, Inc. as a Senior Targeting Analyst and Senior Project Manager. Here, they drafted, published, and implemented a new onboarding/training program, standard operating procedures, and both formal and informal white papers and doctrine. In 2012, Paul moved to CACI International Inc. as a Senior Principal Analyst, Senior Project Manager, and Deputy Program Manager. Paul was responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members, as well as mentoring, training, and directing career and professional development for over 50 analysts. Finally, in 2019, Paul began working for the United States Department of Defense as a Senior Analyst and Senior Project Manager. Paul championed and served as the sole Project Manager for a Program-wide Innovation and Change Management effort that resulted in a complete overhaul of organizational structure and doctrine. Currently, Paul is employed at Feith Systems as a Project Manager.

Paul Henry, PMP obtained a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Supervision from American Military University in 2018. In March of 2018, they also obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Paul is currently working towards their CompTIA Security+ certification, which they are expected to obtain in September of 2022.
