Kelly Swann

Kelly Swann, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 30 years of experience in the field of benefits management and human resources. Kelly'smost recent role was as Sr. Director, Benefits at Feld Entertainment, where they were responsible for the design, implementation, administration, budgets, communication, compliance, and counseling on a complete line of benefit plans. Kelly also administered and managed all self-insured WC claims. Prior to their time at Feld Entertainment, Kelly worked as a Benefits Director at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated from 2010 to 2012. Before that, they were a Benefits Manager at Catalina Marketing Corp from 2005 to 2010 and a Benefits Administrator/HR Generalist at Hoveround Corp from 2002 to 2005. Kelly began their career at GEICO, where they held various roles including Benefit Analyst, System Security, and Claims Call Center Supervisor from 1989 to 2002.

Kelly Swann, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business/Risk Management & Insurance from Florida State University in the years 1981-1984. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in 2006 and 2019, as well as the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2015.
