Scott Olinski has a diverse work experience spanning over various roles and industries. Scott began their career at CBS Radio, where they worked as an Event/Promotions Assistant for four years. Here, they gained valuable experience in event planning, coordination, and execution. Scott demonstrated strong leadership skills and exceeded expectations in sales and budget management.

Olinski then joined the Chandler Unified School District, where they worked as a Warehouseman and later as an Equipment Technician. In these roles, they were responsible for maintaining accurate inventories, processing materials, and providing technical assistance for electronic equipment.

Since 2011, Olinski has been working at Feld Entertainment. Scott started as an Event Manager, responsible for researching and developing monster truck events. Scott collaborated with multiple departments to execute full productions on a weekly basis. Scott then moved on to the role of Tour Manager, where they advanced operational and administrative aspects of events, coordinating logistics with different internal departments and supervising event staff. Currently, Olinski serves as the Director of Operations, overseeing budget development, managing departmental processes, and ensuring appropriate organizational decision-making protocols are followed.

Throughout their career, Olinski has showcased strong organizational and managerial skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Scott Olinski earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communication/Media Production from Arizona State University between 2003 and 2007.
