Xiao-Ling Hu

Xiao-Ling (Charlene) Hu, CPA has extensive work experience in accounting and finance. Xiao-Ling (Charlene) has been with Feld Entertainment since September 2007, initially starting as an Accounting Manager of Corporate Accounting and progressing to Senior Manager and currently serving as the Director of Corporate Accounting since May 2015. In this role, they manage and coordinates with other accounting department managers to ensure smooth month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. Xiao-Ling is responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements and analyzing variances.

Prior to joining Feld Entertainment, they worked at HITT Contracting Inc. from February 2003 to January 2006, starting as a Senior Accountant and advancing to Manager of Financial Reporting and Assistant Controller. Their responsibilities included managing closing processes, reviewing financial statements, and preparing financial reporting packages for internal and external use.

Xiao-Ling also gained experience at Beers & Cutler, PLLC, a public accounting firm, from September 1998 to July 2002. Xiao-Ling (Charlene) served as a Senior Accountant, supervising staff accountants, planning and monitoring workflow, and delegating tasks effectively.

Additionally, they worked as a Staff Accountant at CORT from January 1997 to August 1998.

Throughout their career, Xiao-Ling has demonstrated strong skills in financial reporting, analysis, and team management.
