Tammy Alvarez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in physical therapy and yoga instruction. Currently serving as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Genesis and FeldCare Connects since 2019, Tammy also shares expertise as a Yoga Instructor at YogaWorks, Inc. and NORTH VALLEY AIKIKAI. With roots in yoga teaching dating back to 2014 at Ekata, and previous experience as a Spinning Instructor at LA Fitness from 2009 to 2014, Tammy combines a diverse skill set in fitness and rehabilitation. Academic credentials include training at Casa Loma College and completion of the RYT-500 program at Yogaworks Teacher Training.
