Sarah has held roles in various organizations such as Felix Payment Systems, National Treasury Management Agency, The Institute of Banking, and Deloitte Ireland. With a Bachelor of Business Studies from Dublin City University, a degree in Human Resource Management from Ulster University, and certifications including a CIPD Certificate in HRM and a Professional Certificate in Financial Advice from IOB, Sarah has a strong educational foundation. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Felix Payment Systems, Sarah leads the talent management process for the organization, leveraging their expertise and experience to drive success in the field.
