Nadine Austin

Nadine Austin currently serves as the Head of the HR Competence Center at Universitäre Altersmedizin FELIX PLATTER since December 2024. Prior to this role, Nadine held the position of Global Talent Management Specialist at Habasit, overseeing talent management strategies for 3,500 employees and leading the Habasit Academy initiative. Experience as Global Manager of Human Resources at CARBOGEN AMCIS included leading global HR initiatives and supporting multiple international offices. Nadine's tenure at Endress+Hauser Group involved developing leadership training and acting as an HR Business Partner across various European countries. Early career roles included positions at Würth AG, Prime21 AG, Arrow Energy, Queensland University of Technology, Swiss International Air Lines, and the University of Fribourg. Nadine holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Educational Science and English Literature from Université de Fribourg.
