Laura Alamillo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development across various industries, including fintech, edtech, and solar financing. Currently serving as Head of People at Félix since October 2024, Alamillo is dedicated to supporting immigrant communities as part of the company’s mission. Previously, as People Lead at Solara, a significant focus was on building impactful teams for solar financing.
