Steve White

Steve White has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Steve is currently working as the VP of Client Services at Felix Global, where they specialize in delivering customized solutions for organizations. Prior to this, Steve held the role of Career Transition Consultant at the same company.

Before joining Felix Global, Steve worked as the Principal Consultant at the MortgageSAVINGS Benefit, a division of MHL Mortgages Inc., where they provided mortgage education and services within organizations.

Steve also has experience working at Aviva Canada as the AVP of Total Rewards and as a Senior Manager in HR Advisory Services. Steve has also worked as a Senior Manager in HR Projects at CIBC, an HR Business Partner at Transamerica, an HR Specialist at Canada Trust, and as a Recruiter at Bell.

Throughout their career, Steve has developed expertise in leadership development, career transition, assessment and measurement, and organizational consulting. Steve is dedicated to providing personalized career support and advice to individuals at all levels of an organization. Steve is also well-versed in the latest industry trends and strategies for job searching and career management.

Steve White attended The University of Western Ontario from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Following that, they enrolled at Durham College from 1992 to 1994 and obtained a Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management.
