Donna Jones

Donna Jones is an accomplished recruitment professional with a focus on the fashion retail, creative, and consumer industries. Since February 2019, Donna has served as the Director and Founding Partner of Fella and Jones, an international recruitment and search specialist. Prior to this role, Donna held various positions at le Pont Appointments from January 2014 to December 2018, including Deputy General Manager and Head of the Head Office Division, where the consultancy established a strong presence in retail, brand, and lifestyle recruitment. Donna's career also includes pivotal roles at Freedom Recruitment, where responsibilities ranged from Head of the Buying and Merchandising Division to Senior Consultant, and consulting positions at RPCushing and Badenoch & Clark UK. Donna holds a degree in Leisure and Tourism from Pembrokeshire.
