Richie Cartwright's work experience includes various roles in different companies.

Richie is currently the co-founder and CEO of Fella Health, a telehealth clinic for men with obesity. The company aims to serve one million customers by 2026 and is backed by Y Combinator, Global Founders Capital, AngelList Quant Fund, and several notable founders in the industry.

Prior to Fella Health, Richie was involved with Y Combinator in 2019, where they initially worked on building AI-powered RPA but later pivoted into telemedicine due to the impact of Covid-19.

Richie also founded FlowX, a company that was acquired by Vivacity Labs after winning a $650k contract with the UK Department for Transport. At FlowX, Richie focused on helping transport authorities react quicker to traffic incidents by integrating with existing CCTV cameras and implementing deep learning on UK CCTV cameras to collect traffic data. Richie gained valuable experience in enterprise sales (B2G) during their time at FlowX.

Other experiences include being a part of the LD12 cohort at Entrepreneur First, working as a data scientist contractor at Fractal Logistics, Universal Music Group, and O2 (Telefónica UK), and serving as an econ consultant intern at Vivid Economics.

Richie's first significant role was as the Head of Growth at Percent, where they played a crucial role in scaling the startup from zero to 10k users. Richie also helped secure pre-Seed funding and witnessed the company's pivot into becoming "the Stripe for giving". Percent has since raised a $12.5M Series A funding.

Richie'searliest work experience was as the Head of Marketing at Varsity Trip, a role they held for the entirety of 2015.

Throughout their career, Richie Cartwright has demonstrated their ability to adapt to different industries, leverage technology, and drive growth in various roles and organizations.

Richie Cartwright completed their education in a chronological manner. Richie attended Loughborough Grammar School from 2006 to 2013, where they studied subjects such as Maths, Further Maths, Biology, and French. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics at the University of Cambridge, from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, they furthered their education and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Economics from Peking University. Additionally, Richie obtained certifications in Machine Learning from Coursera in July 2018, and in Data Science from DataCamp in March 2018.
