Yudi G

Yudi G is an experienced professional in the coffee industry, currently serving as the Head Roaster at Civil Coffee since June 2023, with additional responsibilities in quality control. Yudi has held multiple roles, including Head Roaster/Production at Beach City Coffee and Store Associate at Fellow, both starting in September and October 2022, respectively. The freelance journalist position at Perfect Daily Grind has also been maintained since July 2022. Yudi has worked as a Coffee Consultant/Project Manager at Toolipis Creative and as a Consultant in Research and Development at Reborn Coffee, Inc. Prior experience includes a role as a Quality Control Specialist at Demitasse from December 2022 to June 2023. Yudi's educational background includes a Postgraduate Degree in Fine and Studio Arts from the San Francisco Art Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies from Seattle Pacific University.
