Thad Harris currently serves as the Lead Shepherding Pastor at Fellowship Dallas since October 2024. Prior to this role, Thad held the position of Vice President at Freedom Industries Inc. from December 2011 to October 2024, where contributions included supporting engineers and managers in delivering quality electrical and mechanical systems within budget and on schedule, leading a team of over 150 skilled professionals in the industrial sector. Thad's background includes nearly twelve years in vocational ministry leadership, complemented by a Master's degree in Leadership & Spiritual Formation and Historical Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary, as well as ongoing study towards a Doctor of Ministry degree at Friends University. Thad's education began with a degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, earned in 1999.
