Lead Outpatient Counselor at Fellowship Hall

Katie Quillen is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in counseling and coaching. Currently serving as a Family Counselor at Fellowship Hall since November 2022, Katie previously held multiple roles at Swim GSA, including Associate Head Coach, Business Manager, and Swim Coach from March 2017 to June 2022. Additional experience includes being an Administrative Assistant at At Home Care (September 2017 - February 2022), a Swim Coach at Greensboro Elks Lodge (May 2009 - July 2017), and a Graduate Student Intern at Novant Health, where Katie facilitated psychoeducational groups and individual therapy. Earlier roles include Swim Instructor at Vidant Health and Graduate Assistant positions at East Carolina University focused on supporting veterans and research activities. Katie holds a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services from East Carolina University.

We provide treatment and evidenced-based programs based on abstinence and the Twelve Step model of recovery.
