Nacin Fernandez, MSW, LCSW, is an experienced social work professional currently serving as the Program Manager for the FACT Team at Fellowship House since April 2023. Previously, Nacin held positions as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Volunteer, and Bereavement Coordinator at Continuum Care Health Miami Dade from June 2022 to January 2023, and as a Rehab Social Work Case Manager at Baptist Health South Florida from December 2020 to May 2022. Nacin's earlier experience includes working as a Medical Social Worker at OpusCare of South Florida & Texas from February 2019 to December 2020, and as a Family Advocate at Kristi House from April 2017 to February 2019. Nacin earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Barry University, a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Florida International University, and an Associate of Arts in Social Work from Miami Dade College.
