Erin Falbo

Erin Falbo serves as the Senior Director of Formative Enterprises at FOCUS Catholic since May 2015, overseeing teams across six college campuses in South Texas. With a robust leadership role, Erin develops and equips seven direct reports and 40 subordinates while collaborating with regional directors to strategize national goals. Previous experience includes positions as a Marketing/Data Mining Assistant at Oklahoma State University, where Erin managed alumni relations and enhanced marketing communications, and as a Commercial Development Intern at Williams, where skills in relationship building and competitive analysis were honed. Erin holds an MBA from the University of Mary and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management from Oklahoma State University.
