Kate Busby

Kate Busby is an experienced leader and community organizer with a diverse background in service-oriented roles. Currently serving as a FOCUS Missionary at The Fellowship of Catholic University Students since May 2021, Kate previously held the position of Peer Minister at The Newman Center from September 2018 to May 2021, where responsibilities included organizing community events and facilitating group discussions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Residential Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, focusing on community building and resident support, as well as a student internship at KAIROS Dance Theater, assisting with fundraising and project development. Kate's early work experience at Dunkin Donuts involved customer service and training new employees. Education includes a degree from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a high school diploma from Wilmington High School.
