Lucas Nieto

Lucas Nieto is an experienced professional in talent and leadership development, currently serving as Senior Manager at FOCUS Catholic since May 2015. In this role, Lucas has led teams on the UW-Madison campus, provided coaching in fundraising and leadership, and evaluated teammate performance to promote growth. As the owner of Nieto Coaching LLC since February 2022, Lucas focuses on enhancing middle management practices with enthusiasm and passion. Prior roles include a parish intern at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and a human resource intern at The Damien Center. Lucas also has extensive experience in management and training from various positions at the City of Marion, Indiana, including as Lifeguard Manager and Lifeguard. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Catholic Theology and Evangelization from the McGrath Institute for Church Life at Notre Dame and a degree in Health Services Management from Indiana University Indianapolis. Lucas is currently pursuing a Certificate in Professional Coaching from iPEC Coaching.
