Sarah Hebert is a Human Resources Analyst at FOCUS Catholic since November 2021, where responsibilities include managing people data and analyzing trends in satisfaction, performance, and feedback through data modeling and statistical analysis. Previously, as a Donor Communications Senior Specialist at FOCUS Catholic, Sarah provided exceptional customer support to donors, missionaries, and staff. Experience as a Finance Intern at Newman Catholic Campus Ministry at Virginia Tech involved maintaining financial records and processing transactions. A summer internship as a System Engineer at General Dynamics Mission Systems focused on improving project systems and developing automated error detection programs. Additionally, Sarah co-managed a large seasonal fireworks stand, ensuring excellent customer relations through attentive service. Sarah holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computational Modeling and Data Analytics, and Statistics from Virginia Tech.

FOCUS is a Catholic collegiate outreach whose mission is to share the hope and joy of the gospel to college and university students. Trained in Church teaching, prayer, sacred Scripture, evangelization and discipleship, FOCUS missionaries encounter students in friendship where they are, inviting them into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and accompanying them as they pursue lives of virtue and excellence. Through Bible studies, outreach events, mission trips and one-on-one discipleship, missionaries inspire and build up students in the faith, sending them out to spread the good news and to live out the Great Commission: Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations (Mt. 28:19).
