Stefan Schubert-Peters

Stefan Schubert-Peters has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Stefan started their career as a Software Developer at W3 Solutions GmbH, where they designed and developed software for clients such as Siemens Transportation and Telekom. Stefan then moved on to ImmobilienScout24, where they served as a Java Developer and later as a Software Architect, contributing to the development of the IS24 search platform and improving commonly used tools and frameworks.

In 2012, Stefan joined Deutsche Post E-Post Development GmbH as a Senior Architect, where they played a key role in starting the Berlin-based development effort. Stefan led the design and creation of REST APIs and helped introduce agile processes and Continuous Delivery. Stefan then transitioned into the role of a Product Manager, leading the rewrite of the E-POST private customers mail and fax portal.

Returning to ImmobilienScout24, Stefan took on various leadership positions including Head of Technology and Head of Customer Product (Private Customers), responsible for defining product direction, managing cross-functional teams, and driving vision and priorities.

Most recently, Stefan joined felmo as the Director of Product Medical Services, leading the product for medical staff. The company aims to provide convenient veterinary services by bringing vets directly to the pets' location. Additionally, Stefan holds the position of CPTO at felmo from May 2023.

Throughout their career, Stefan has demonstrated expertise in product management, technology leadership, software architecture, and agile methodologies.

Stefan Schubert-Peters earned a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering from the Hasso Plattner Institute at the University of Potsdam from 2001 to 2004. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Mentor from The Mentoring Club gUG in October 2021.
