Wayne Baker is an experienced manufacturing engineer at FEMA Corporation since July 2011, specializing in product quality, process integrity, and manufacturing automation for electric coil production. Wayne also engaged in rural development as a missionary with the Fellowship of Evangelical Churches, focusing on leadership training and church planting in the Dominican Republic and Venezuela. Educational qualifications include studies toward an MA in Missions from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a degree in Physical Systems in Agriculture and Natural Resources from Michigan State University.
