Giovanna Matos is an experienced professional with a strong background in product management, investments, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as President of Female Force LatAm, Giovanna focuses on defining the organization's strategy, leading cross-functional projects, and fostering partnerships to support female founders. Giovanna has previously worked as a Product Manager at Cloud Humans and Cobli, where significant improvements in user adoption and account retention were achieved. Prior roles include Investment Analyst positions at Alexia Ventures and Kria, providing in-depth analyses of early-stage startups, and contributing to decision-making for substantial investments. Additionally, Giovanna has experience in operations at Rappi, product marketing at Udacity Brasil, and senior consultancy at CJE - Consultoria Júnior de Economia FGV. Giovanna holds a degree in Administration with a focus on Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and has participated in an exchange program at HEC Paris.

Our aim is to increase the number of women leaders in the entrepreneurial ecosystem through an assertive, empathetic and transparent exchange network.
