Alison Koplar Wyatt's work experience includes various leadership roles in the media and startup industries. Alison is currently working as a Business Development, Growth, Recruitment, and Fundraising Advisor for The NORTH by Female Founder Collective. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as CEO of The Female Founder Collective, a platform designed to support and empower female entrepreneurs. Alison has also worked as an advisor for HeyMama and First Round Capital.

In addition, Alison served as the President of Girlboss and Chief Revenue Officer of goop.com. Alison has extensive experience in sales and corporate development, having held positions as EVP of Publishing and Brand Partnerships at Refinery29 and VP of Sales and Corporate Development at Refinery29, Inc. Alison began their career in the media industry, working for ELLE as a Fashion and Beauty Sales Director and Fashion Sales Manager for the ELLE Digital Group. Additionally, they have their own consulting practice, AKW Consulting, focusing on monetization and growth for early-mid-stage companies.

Alison's experience spans various industries, including fashion, beauty, parenting, fitness, and luxury. Alison has been involved in strategic partnerships, revenue generation, talent assessment and recruitment, infrastructure building, and business model development. Overall, their expertise lies in driving growth and success for businesses through innovative advertising, brand partnerships, and mentorship programs.

Alison Koplar Wyatt holds a B.S. degree in Textiles and Apparel Management as well as International Relations from Cornell University. Alison has also attended Mary Institute Country Day School.
