Caitlin Iseler is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in executive search and corporate wellness. Currently serving as Board Chair and CEO at Happyly, Caitlin spearheads an AI-powered platform that enhances workplace connection through volunteerism. In addition, Caitlin hosts the "Innovative Corporate Wellness in 7 Minutes" podcast, sharing insights from corporate leaders. As a Practice Leader at Diversified Search Group, Caitlin focuses on software technology and culture, while also overseeing women's wellness retreats as a Partner at Evergreen Ranch. Caitlin is actively involved in several initiatives, including being a founding member at Poppy and Dreamers // Doers, and participating in Graham & Walker's Catalyst Program. With a strong background in executive search cultivated at firms like Korn Ferry and Bespoke Partners, Caitlin holds a Master’s degree in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Religion.
