Rachel Gordon

Advisor at Female Funders

Rachel Gordon is an advisor at Female Funders, an organization that helps women entrepreneurs access the funding they need to start and grow their businesses. Prior to joining Female Funders, Rachel was an entrepreneur in residence at Bionic, a company that helps clients launch new products and businesses. Rachel also served as a growth and innovation advisor at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where they helped define the company's brand "DNA" and identify future growth platforms. In addition, Rachel has served as an advisor to the president and chief innovation officer of the National Basketball Association (NBA) and as a global innovation director at PepsiCo.

Rachel Gordon attended the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA for their undergraduate degree in English Literature. Rachel then spent their junior year abroad at Wadham College, Oxford University. After graduation, they attended Università degli Studi di Firenze in Florence, Italy for their Masters in Italian Studies/Art History.
