Matias Voldby Drejer

Matias Voldby Drejer currently serves as the Head of Operations at Female Invest, a company dedicated to closing the financial gender gap through a subscription-based learning platform for women. From 2021 to 2024, Matias also held the title of Business Intelligence Lead and Co-Founder at Copenhagen Brew, a company focused on providing sustainable coffee solutions in various European countries. As a Co-Founder of Beecon Elite, an international talent incubator, Matias has been instrumental in developing aspiring entrepreneurs. Prior experience includes roles as a Paid Social Specialist at PL & Partners A/S and various positions at Nova Founders Capital, a global investment company, including Associate Paid Social Specialist and Junior Venture Analyst. Matias began a career in analytics at Insurtech Insights and holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Copenhagen Business School, along with an International Business Baccalaureate from Silkeborg Business College.
