The leadership team at Female Invest has a wealth of experience in design, business, and politics. They have worked at companies such as Fritz Hansen, Loulou Studio, New Venture Projects, and Studio David Thulstrup. They have also been involved with organizations such as the Aspiring Female Leaders Program at McKinsey & Company, the Djøfs TechDK Kommission, and CBS Business Panel. In addition, they have also founded their own company, Casefair.
