Dita Aisyiyah Larasati

Dita Aisyiyah Larasati has a diverse range of work experience. Dita Aisyiyah started their career as a Lab Teaching Assistant and Admin at Universitas Brawijaya in 2016 and 2017, where they collaborated with other teaching assistants to teach environmental biology and microbiology labs. Dita Aisyiyah actively participated in preparing teaching materials and documents and implementing and evaluating the labs.

In 2018, Dita had an internship at Badan Tenaga Nuklir Nasional (BATAN), where they gained access to work inside the reactor building and participated in discussions with experts. Dita Aisyiyah studied managing and monitoring gas radioactive waste.

Dita Aisyiyah then returned to Universitas Brawijaya in 2018 as a Class Teaching Assistant, teaching statistics to university students. Dita Aisyiyah designed suitable teaching methods and ensured a conducive learning environment.

In 2019, Dita conducted research on earthquake mitigation in Indonesia through strengthening social capital at Indonesian Student's Assoc. Japan [PPI Jepang]. Dita Aisyiyah presented the research to academics and aimed to contribute to disaster mitigation strategies.

Dita Aisyiyah also worked as a Student Researcher at Badan Tenaga Nuklir Nasional (BATAN) in 2019, conducting research on the effect of gamma irradiation on pathogenic bacteria growth. The research aimed to contribute to preventive-related research on non-hygiene matters or domestic waste.

In 2020, Dita participated in the Digital Talent Scholarship program, where they focused on Java programming.

From 2021 to 2023, Dita worked as a Back-End Developer at Andalin. Dita Aisyiyah actively collaborated with various teams in application development and maintenance, including product, UI/UX, QA, and FE. Dita Aisyiyah developed a SaaS application from scratch, including designing ERD.

Currently, Dita is a Back-End Developer at Female Daily Network. Dita Aisyiyah works in Scrum software development and is involved in the entire SDLC, with a focus on the back-end side.

Dita Aisyiyah Larasati completed a Full Stack JavaScript Immersive Bootcamp at Hacktiv8 Indonesia in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Brawijaya, which they attended from 2015 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Dita has also obtained several certifications. Dita Aisyiyah holds an EFSET English Certificate with a score of 68/100 (C1 Advanced) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET), which they obtained in April 2021. Dita Aisyiyah also has an Ahli K3 Umum certification from the Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan, earned in October 2020. Furthermore, they have certifications in ISO 14001: Environmental Management System, ISO 19011: Audit Management System, and ISO 45001: Safety Management System, which they obtained from PT. Garuda Systrain Interindo in August 2020. Additionally, they have certifications in Microsoft Office 2013 and Microsoft Office Desktop Application from Trust Training Partners, obtained in May 2019.
