Performance Marketing Specialist at Female Daily Network

Faradina Dillafiesta has a diverse work experience in various marketing roles. Faradina currently works as a Performance Marketing Specialist at Female Daily Network since March 2023. In their previous role at Buttonscarves, they held the position of Sr. Performance Marketing from June 2022 to March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist for Panggilin, where they handled digital paid ads for Panggilin and five brands' ad accounts from September 2021 to July 2022. Faradina also gained experience as an Account Executive at PERUM LKBN ANTARA, where they successfully increased sales of Antara news content and maintained relationships with stakeholders from November 2019 to January 2022. Faradina had a brief stint at Telkom Indonesia as part of the Performance Digital Marketing Project team, handling Facebook Ads for Telkom Region 5 from August 2021 to November 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked as a KYC Officer at Bukalapak for a period of six months from July 2018 to December 2018. Faradina has demonstrated proficiency in performance marketing, digital marketing, sales, and client relationship management throughout their career.

Faradina Dillafiesta completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociology at the University of Indonesia from 2014 to 2018. In 2021, they enrolled in the Full-Stack Digital Marketing Program at RevoU, obtaining a certification in the same field. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications and held positions such as Vice Project Officer of Social Urban Art Festival, Vice of Division of Art and Culture, Leader of Coordinator Public Relations, Media and Creativity UI ART WAR 2016, and Department of Art and Culture Staff, all during their time at the University of Indonesia.
