Rika Indra has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. Their most recent position was as the Chief Marketing Officer at Female Daily Network starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they were the AVP of Brand at Lamudi.co.id, where they were responsible for building brand awareness and developing relationships with key industry players in the property sector.
Before that, Rika worked at Bukalapak as the AVP of Brand & Product Marketing, where they played a key role in building the product marketing department and managing campaigns for financial technology services. Additionally, they worked as the Vice President Marketing at GO-JEK, leading marketing teams for various GO-LIFE products, GO-TIX, GO-PAY, GO-POINTS, GO-MED, and GO-BLUEBIRD.
Earlier in their career, Rika held positions at OgilvyOne Worldwide as an Account Director, XION as an Associate Account Director and Digital Account Manager, Maxus as a Digital Account Manager, GroupM as an Account Executive and Community Manager, and NetBooster as a Community Manager.
Throughout their career, Rika has demonstrated strong leadership, brand management, and marketing skills, successfully driving brand positioning and growth, and building effective consumer marketing communication programs.
Rika Indra attended Universitas Padjadjaran from 2006 to 2012, where they obtained a Sarjana Humaniora degree in Sastra Jerman.
