Hunter Wagner

Hunter Wagner is the EVP of Asset Management at Femco, Inc. Hunter has previoulsy worked as a Commercial & Multifamily Property Manager at Corinthian Real Estate, Inc. from May 2012 to December 2013. In this role, they were responsible for commercial property management, property acquisition, and property leasing. Prior to that, they worked as an Accounts Manager at PTE Golf, LLC. from August 2010 to July 2011 where they managed day to day sales operations for the entire company, designed and managed trade shows in the U.S., worked closely with suppliers and distributors to maximize logistic efficiency, improved product design and function through testing and customer feedback, and maintained customer financial and account data. Hunter began their career as a Computer Solutions Technician at PELICOM TECHNOLOGIES from August 2008 to February 2009 where they troubleshot, researched, and resolved computer hardware and software issues, designed and installed computer networks for homes and businesses, scheduled service appointments and collected payments for services rendered, and delivered all customer tech solutions in a professional and timely manner.

Hunter Wagner earned their Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Alabama. They have since gone on to work in the banking and financial services industry.

They work with Ralph Green - EVP, Construction, Gordon Pilmer - EVP, CFO & Corporate Director, and Ramona Reddell - EVP, Tax. Hunter Wagner reports to Marvy A. Finger, President, CEO & Chairman of the Board.
