Contract and Project Management

The Contract and Project Management team at Femern A/S is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the various contractual and project management aspects of the Fehmarnbelt fixed link project. This includes managing agreements for railway, portals, ramps, and other landworks; ensuring compliance with German plan approvals; coordinating project controls; and supervising construction activities for the immersed tunnel, marine dredging, reclamation, and immersion operations. They work to ensure that all project components are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
