Saya Nagori

Saya Nagori, MD has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Saya started their career as an Ophthalmologist at Kresge Eye Institute from July 2013 to July 2014. Saya then worked as a Cataract and Glaucoma Surgeon at Saya Nagori, MD from August 2014 to August 2015. Following this, they served as an Attending Physician at New York University from September 2015 to April 2018.

In 2015, Dr. Nagori co-founded Simple Health, where they worked as a Founding Physician. During their time at Simple Health, they played a key role in designing a telemedicine platform for vision exams and establishing a nationwide physician network for telemedicine evaluations. Saya also actively lobbied for telemedicine in multiple states and served as a medical spokesperson for SimpleContacts and SimpleHealth.

In 2018, Dr. Nagori joined VisionMD as a Glaucoma Surgeon. Saya later founded FemHealth in 2019 and currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at VISIONMD, LLC since January 2019. Additionally, they work as a Chief Medical Officer at EyeFacts, Inc since May 2021.

Dr. Nagori has also been involved in entrepreneurial endeavors. Saya is the Owner of WanderDC.com, a lifestyle site catering to both DMV locals and tourists, which they started in February 2023. Moreover, they serve as a Founding Member of the Medical Advisory Board at Andwise, a position they took on in January 2023.

Saya Nagori, MD, began their education at Villanova University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, General from 2000 to 2004. Saya then pursued a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at the Drexel University College of Medicine from 2004 to 2008. Following their medical degree, they completed a Glaucoma Fellowship at the Kresge Eye Institute from 2013 to 2014. Saya Nagori is also certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
