Currently serving as a Leadership & Executive Coach at Bravely, Jana also provides career advice and soft skills training at Prague University of Economics and Business. As a member of the NeuroLeadership Pool of Coaches, Jana integrates coaching with organizational goals to enhance professional development. Jana operates a coaching and HR consulting practice focused on brain-based coaching techniques to foster effective thinking patterns among clients. Previous roles include HR Manager at KPMG Czech Republic, where Jana led graduate recruitment strategies, and HR Manager at White & Case, with responsibilities in recruitment strategy and professional development. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Brain-Based Coaching Certificate from the Neuroleadership Institute.
