Anna Huskowska, ACMA CGMA, is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales and operational planning, strategic management, and customer-centric initiatives. Currently serving as a Mentor at Femme Palette since June 2024, Anna previously held multiple leadership roles at CEMEX from May 2010 to August 2024, including Director of Sales & Operational Planning for the EMEA region, where Anna established a regional S&OP team and led investment projects to enhance supply chain efficiency. Anna spearheaded global initiatives to foster a customer-centric culture at CEMEX, developed sustainability strategies, and coordinated international projects, earning recognition for the first Sustainability Report of CEMEX Poland. Anna has a robust academic foundation with degrees from prestigious institutions such as INSEAD, the University of Oxford, and the University of Warsaw, complemented by professional qualifications from CIMA and ICAN Institute.
