Matias Molina

Matias Molina currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Femsa Retail (Proximity and Health) at FEMSA, overseeing finance, administration, and corporate development since January 2024. Previously, Matias held the role of Chief Strategy Officer within the same division, focusing on corporate development and strategy. From August 2019 to January 2024, Matias was the Chief Financial Officer for Coca-Cola FEMSA in Mexico, managing finance and administration teams. Earlier positions include Director of Business Strategy & Capital Markets at Coca-Cola FEMSA and Mergers and Acquisitions Director at FEMSA, where Matias successfully led a team to execute 14 transactions across multiple sectors. Matias began a career as Vice President at Allen & Company LLC, specializing in business cases and corporate finance services. Matias holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
