Dave Licata

Dave Licata is currently Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at Caltech where he facilitates the commercialization of technologies developed at Caltech and JPL through the creation of start-ups with student, staff and faculty. He has worked for, founded, and led start-ups for his entire career and brings experienced hands-on knowledge about how to create, run and sell technology based start-up companies. Prior to joining Caltech he successfully led a medical device start-up in dental imaging from initial team creation to acquisition by the market leader in under two years.
