Penny Fernandez

Penny Fernandez is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in administrative supervision and accounting functions. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at FENCE OUTLET, INC., Penny oversees administrative and accounting operations across multiple locations while reporting directly to the Vice President. Prior to this role, Penny was the Owner and Independent Jeweler at Premier Designs, where responsibilities included empowering other women to start and grow their own businesses. Earlier career experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at All Phase Electric & Maintenance Inc., where oversight encompassed daily operations for various departments, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, HR, and Payroll. Education was completed at Tampa Bay Tech High School.
