Rim Bourgou

Rim Bourgou is a dynamic professional in the fashion and retail industry, currently participating in the Retail Management Graduate Program as a Trainee Manager at Fendi since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Associate at Fendi and an International Career Development Consultant specializing in Fashion & Luxury at Rome Business School from May 2020 to May 2022. Rim was also involved as a Fashion Challenge member at Max Mara Fashion Group in June 2020, contributing to the creation of a phygital customer experience for the Max&Co brand in collaboration with La Sapienza University. Earlier career experience features a position as a Junior Project Manager at Lezard & Balthazar from July 2017 to July 2018. Rim holds a Master's degree in Fashion Sciences from Sapienza Università di Roma (2018-2020) and a Licence in Marketing from APBS Avicenne Business School (2014-2017).
