Calvin Hayes has worked in various roles in the construction industry. Calvin began their career as a General Laborer at QAP from 2001 to 2005. Calvin then worked as a Construction Engineer Intern at Kiewit for a year before joining Granite Construction as a Project Manager from 2006 to 2012. Calvin then served as the Vice President of Construction Operations at Doran Companies from 2012 to 2023. In 2021, they co-founded Hayes Dietrich and assumed the role of President of Construction. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Fendler Patterson Construction, Inc.
Calvin Hayes completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University between 2000 and 2006. Calvin further pursued their education at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, earning an MBA between 2010 and 2012.
