Karsten Kelm is a GIS Analyst and Programmer with extensive experience in geographic information systems. Currently serving at the County of Ventura since November 2021, Karsten has previously worked as a GIS Analyst III at AeroVironment from May 2016 to April 2021, and at AECOM from October 2011 to May 2016. Karsten holds a Master of Science in Land Use Planning and Management/Development from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Dresden and has completed a Graduate Certificate Program in Geographic Information Systems Technology from the University of Southern California.
